JOB CREATION CAN BE FUN! Put in your two cents~

This is a long document with lots of information to consider and digest. Take what you need, skim if you must, but most of all, try to imagine how great it will be when Garden Valley residents create jobs for themselves and enjoy self-sufficiency. Comments are welcome!
Hi All!
On January 13 and with subsequent input, we created the categories of issues important to Garden Valley residents. All the issues are focused on job creation and retention. Any other subjects discussed will be of interest in other forums. Be sure to look over Values and Vision. The rest depends on them.

We will have a final discussion meeting to be sure we are all in agreement at the Crouch Community Center from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, March 8. Hope you can attend. Subsequent to that meeting, we will organize volunteers to pursue each project with the highest priority, going to projects that will provide the most jobs the quickest. You will see below the estimates of when we will try to get certain portions of projects completed. There is nothing holy about those milestone dates, but they will provide a guideline for the folks who volunteer to help accomplish each one.

Do not fear. We will not try to pressure anyone into volunteering or chairing any project committees. We already have people who have exhibited an interest in certain projects and we hope others will want to help. We have a ton of work to do prior to applying for grants, to help pay for the projects. We can use "in-kind hours" spent by volunteers to make each project successful as part of the necessary "matching funds" required of most grants. Thus your time will be worth money to Garden Valley.

Let's get together to provide really good jobs in the Garden Valley area!

-- John Cottingham John Jauregui -- Diane Caughlin
